Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Orthopedic Physician service for the Chico VA Outpatient Clinic and VA Northern California Health Care System Valley Division in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All work performed under this contract will be completed at VA.
Place of Performance: Orthopedic Physician services required in this contract for beneficiaries of the Chico Outpatient Clinic, 280 Cohasset Rd, Chico, CA 95926, and VA Northern California Health Care System Valley Division, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather CA 95655.
The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C26119Q0568. This solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The solicitation will be issued on or about May 28, 2019, with an anticipated due date of June 17, 2019.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561320.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of the RFQ response due date.
