Gallup Regional Supply Service Center (GRSSC) is a federal government supply warehouse located in Gallup, NM. There is a requirement for various orthopedic medical supplies at the facility, which procures and distributes to over thirty-one (31) healthcare facilities within the states of New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado.

This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #GRSSC-F18-RFQ-0012.


This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is: 339113.


The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement per FAR 13.303-2 Establishment of BPA's for the following products: orthopedic medical supplies.


Various orthopedic medical supply items: See attached listing.


This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93, effective January 1, 2017.


Interested firms are invited to respond by sending their quote(s) with the following: (1) Announcement number, (2) Company name, address, telephone and fax number; (3) contact person/individual with contact information; and (4) attached FOB Destination pricing of items. GRSSC will not pay for any cost incurred associated with this RFQ.

Closing date: Written bid is due at 1808 West Aztec Ave, Gallup, NM 87301, ATTN: Misty Billy on March 8, 2018 by 4:00 PM (MST). INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING EQUAL PRODUCTS:
If your company will be bidding equal products and not Name Brand, please provide samples and product literature for evaluation by GRSSC's Quality Assurance Officer, Mr. Alvester Chee, within seven (7) days of your written offer. Otherwise, your quote/offer will be considered non-responsive. Provide samples and product literature to: Gallup Regional Supply Service Center, 2400 Fuhs Avenue, Bldg. 10, Gallup, NM 87301.


After the items are received at the GRSSC warehouse, the Quality Assurance Officer may take up to 4-6 weeks to evaluate the items with the departmental supply selection committees to determine which supplies are adequate for GRSSC stock. Accordingly, GRSSC requests that RFQ prices are valid for at least 6-8 weeks past the RFQ due date.


AWARD INFORMATION:
Award will be made using (1) Evaluation of quotations or offers per FAR 13.106-2, taking into consideration the responsiveness and responsibility factors for offeror whose quote, conforming to the requirements herein, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Then, an award will be determined in accordance with FAR 13.106-3 Award and Documentation. In addition, in accordance with FAR 19.202-4, the government will consider socio-economic status of bidder when awarding
