The City of Elk Grove is accepting Quotes from qualified suppliers furnishing to the City, FORD,
DODGE/CHRYSLER, GENERAL MOTORS, TOYOTA, HONDA (Motorcycle) and BMW (Motorcycle)
original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M.) parts, remanufactured OEM parts, maintenance and repair
services as required in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this
Request for Quotes (RFQ). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information over carefully
prior to submitting a Quote.
Quotes will be received at the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 PM, Friday October 10th 2008. Quotes
will be opened and tabulated by or on behalf of the City Clerk at the City Clerks designated office
immediately after 2 oclock, p.m., on said Friday October 10th 2008. Any quotes received after the time
specified shall be returned unopened. Quotes shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked
O.E.M. Parts & Services
