Orientation Video
GTCC is seeking bidders to provide a student orientation video that will be used to acquaint new students with basic campus functions and requirements. The New Student Orientation video is to be shown in front of an audience that will be no larger than 250 people. The video should be no longer than ten (10) minutes. The video is to have live action shots as well as text, photographs and voiceover reading text and other pertinent information. The script approval date must be no later than April 4, 2008 at 12:00 noon. The final video shall be ready no later than May 25, 2008.
The video shall be made with broadcast quality. The finished copy shall be in DVD and video format and
include one (1) copy of mini DV tape.
