Organizational Structure Review
The Town anticipates continued residential growth and is attempting to
establish the infrastructure to cultivate and support commercial development.
A review of the current organizational structure of the Town is needed given
the current demographics of the Towns workforce, the imminent retirement of
senior management employees, and the ability of the Town to remain an
employer of choice within a competitive market. Essentially the purpose of
this organizational review will address needs of departmental productivity,
staff alignment and competitive market compensation.
