Organizational Development and Professional Learning Services
The purpose of this Request For Information is to seek 8(a) small business vendors that can provide assistance on a series of organizational development projects, and provide training to Department managers, supervisors, and staff within the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education in order to deepen the office's management and supervisory capacity and increase the workforce's job skills. This notice only serves as a request for information and capabilities statements and shall not be construed as a RFQ/RFP, nor as a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. Please refer to the attached documents for further details regarding this notice. Vendors should submit their responses, via email, to Alan.Elder@ed.gov and Jonathan.Bettis@ed.gov with a carbon copy (cc) to Gabriella.McDonald@ed.gov no later than November 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST. The Department has attached responses to vendor questions and the revised Request For Information document reflecting the minor changes that were made.
