Organizational Development and Management Consulting Services to Support Implementation of the Louisiana Emergency Response Network (LERN) Build-out Plan
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers that provide management consulting services that include best practices research, organizational design and development, planning, project management, and facilitation/problem solving; and consultative service.
A contract is necessary to provide the LERN board and staff with the expertise required to research national best practices for development and initial implementation of a statewide/regional trauma network. The selected consultant will recommend implementation strategies and tactics guided by the results of its national best practices research and also provide Regional Commission and LERN board orientation training sessions on project development, regional planning and implementation strategies, how to develop program plans using the RACI concept, how to measure program/plan effectiveness. The selected consultant will also provide ongoing consulting services that support LERN board and staff efforts to implement the adopted LERN build out plan.
