The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Logical follow-ons to the work conducted previously. Specifically these sessions are building upon the best practices and research of previous support. This requirement is sole sourced to Act Too Consulting, Inc., 917 W. Inyokern Rd #C, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 due to unique capability of Act Too has extensive knowledge of the NAWCWD Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Competency Aligned Organization (CAO) organizational pressures, dynamics , work culture strategies and structures. They have been providing development services to the organization over the last several years and have an understanding of the current team leadership, structure, interfaces and stakeholder relationships. Any firms believing that they can provide the service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
