An Organizational Assessment will be an opportunity for the FCPD to evaluate all areas of operation to identify those areas that need improvement. This study will provide a detailed cost versus benefit analysis of the departments current activities and help identify inefficiencies related to activities, while recommending a portfolio of identified opportunities to improve or eliminate inefficient activities.
