Organization Website Redesign
The Organization is looking for a fresh look that will be more accommodating and current in
delivering information to the interested parties. Now that the organization has 5 buildings and on a positive
growth path, it is important that the collateral material properly reflects the organization’s
vision. Moreover, the organization will undergo a marketing plan that will ultimately complement the content
that should be created for the site. These two components go hand in hand and should be leveraged
as such.
Overall marketing strategy may be delivered through a third party to the website and social media
development.
Currently the static site is not delivering on this crucial mandate. The key priorities for this activity will
be:
- Structural redesign of the site
- Establish a CRM and/or database profile system
- Define interactive components for the site to simulate the local potential
- Multi-level device format integration
- SEO strategy for organic ranking
- Tenant and operations access point
- Information repository
Once the architecture and design has been completed, this portion will be focused on monitoring the
social media chatter to decipher potential leads that could fit with the Knowledge Park mandate. This can
be a very important lead generator and with Radian6 (a Salesforce.com company) well established in the
Park, this can be a tremendous asset and selling feature.
The key priorities for this activity will be:
- Creation of an investment and attraction strategy
- Defined global opportunities with an innovation component
- Online based trending of industries and companies
- Establish an online monitoring platform specific to Technology Parks
- Create and maintain a presence of social media portals
