Organization Website
The Organization is seeking an experienced and qualified organization to develop the program website into a functional, aesthetically pleasing portal where homeowners, contractors, and potential program partners can not only learn about the program but get engaged and take action. The website will be hosted on the Organization's server and a select number of organization staff need to be able to access the site in order to update the content over time. Specific actions
to be addressed in the proposal are as follows:
a. Required: Web development
b. Desired, if fit within budget:
a. Website content regarding the benefits of home performance (please provide details of
organization’s expertise in developing effective content)
b. Additional functionality to drive homeowner participation (e.g. audit tool, videos, linkages
with social media)
Responding organizations should provide details of their expertise for each proposed action. Furthermore,
organizations should clearly explain how their proposal will accomplish the five goals below as well as how the
proposed web design will allow for track success metrics and continual refinement and improvement. Wherever
possible, please provide details of how the proposed tactics and strategies have been employed in other instances
and the results of these ventures
