Organic Wastes Management Project
The County is seeking to host an organic waste management project using an innovative conversion technology to produce renewable energy at the County’s existing Road yard waste composting facility. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify qualified technology providers (Offerors) capable of financing, designing, building, permitting, owning, operating, and maintaining such a project and to select the one with the best Proposal.
