Oracle Statewide Master Contract
The Department is issuing an invitation for bid in order to establish a multi-year, state wide master contract for Oracle database and middleware software, maintenance and training services. The resulting contract will be available for use by the State of Illinois and other governmental and educational institutions, and entities authorized by law to participate in the Joint Purchasing Program.
