Oracle Spatial Maintenance
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure Oracle Spatial & Access Maintencea and components. The maintenance system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from DLT Solutions of Herndon, VA.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
