Oracle Software Maintenance
Amendment 0007 - the purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the price for the maintenance of each product should be listed individually. Attachment 1 can be used for that purpose. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote. The resultant award for this requirement will be a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) in which the FAA will place the first order as the minimum obligation, DOT is to place their own orders thereafter.

Amendment 0003 - the purpose of this amendment was to correct the size standard for the NAICS from 100 to 500.

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAAbs decision to use brand name, limited competition procedures. The FAA intends to compete the requirement for one year of Oracle software maintenance on a limited basis among their authorized vendors.
The aforementioned companies were provided by Oracle as the only approved resellers.
