Optical Network Study
Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference 02/16/2010.
The School is seeking bids to conduct a feasibility and cost-benefit analysis
study of constructing a complete privately-owned carrier-class optical network for the organization.
When complete, the School desires a state-of-the-art, forward-looking network, with enough spare capacity to
support it for the next 20-30 years.
