Sources Sought Response Instructions


This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and is a market research tool to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. All the information submitted will be considered and treated as public information. The vendor should not include any pricing or proprietary information. This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote; therefore, responses to this notice will not be accepted as offers.


The 673d Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award a supply contract for a customer of the Medical Group. The supply requirements will be solicited competitively under a future solicitation. The requirement may include Brand Name only components, as described below, unless the results of this sources sought notification indicates otherwise. The businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities addressing the following:
Demonstrate the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to provide the supply item specified within the summary of requirements outlined in sub-section 1.1.2. Statements should address the specific requirements and identify the firms' specific skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities to complete these requirements. 1.1.3 Submission Requirements
Potential sources should only submit the minimum information necessary and shall not exceed ten (10) pages. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government may contact potential sources for additional information as required.


Interested parties considering themselves qualified to provide the above-listed supply are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 12:01 PM (AST) 01 Apr 2015. Please submit all documentation by email in PDF format and state in the subject line "Sources Sought Response Optical Biometer." Responses received after this date and time may not be reviewed.
