This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation 36C25019Q1072 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02/06-05-2018. NOTE: This equipment will need to be delivered to the eye clinic and requires professional installation by an authorized technician. This eye exam lane will match 17 existing exam lanes currently in use by VA staff who are trained on this equipment. The VA biomed department is tasked with repair and routine maintenance. This BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT streamlines training and repair and saves VA funds in the process.
The proposed contract listed here is SET-ASIDE for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s) only. FOB destination.
