The RTA is seeking a contractor to assist RTA staff in the assessment and determination of eligibility for individuals applying to use ADA Paratransit
services under the provisions of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). In operating the Program, the RTA is solely responsible for determining eligibility for ADA Paratransit services. The RTA does not operate or contract for the operation of ADA Paratransit services. ADA Paratransit services are operated or contracted by Pace.
