Operations and Maintenance - Aberdeen/Oxford/Greenville, MS
The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Southeast Sunbelt Region is in need of a new contract to provide Combined Services - Operations and Maintenance related services.
The successful contractor will be responsible for effective, efficient, and economical operation of all facilities while increasing tenant satisfaction. This procurement also requires the contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, and equipment, with the responsibility to plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance of all services for three federal buildings located within the Public Buildings Service, Memphis Service Center.
This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Contract. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contemplated as a competitive 8(a) requirement. The NAICS code for this project is 561210, "Facilities Support Services", and the size standard is $35.5 million. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
