Operations and Maintenance Services
seeking to secure operations and maintenance support services for the Regulatory Enforcement and Licensing (“REAL”) System from one contracting entity. REAL is a specific customized technology system that requires high levels of specific operational and maintenance capabilities. The Contractor shall be solely liable for managing the proposed resources and contractual outcomes of the resulting business relationship with the Office.
