Operations and Facility Management

The City seeks proposals from qualified Respondents regarding management and operation of the new Facility once it opens in October 2013. In particular, an organization who can manage the facility and: (1)Ensure the annual adoption of a minimum of 3,000 animals rescued; (2) Provide 8,000 spay/neuter surgeries annually by the 3rd year of the contract; (3)Provide low cost vaccination services for the community: and (4)Manage the use of facility's pavillion.
