Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Support Services
The purpose of this amendment is to correct an error on the acquisition strategy identified in support of the TESS acquisitions. It is the Government's intent to compete three separate TESS acquisitions for TSA OSC: 1) Acceptance Testing; 2) Development Testing; and 3) Operational Testing.
In support of Operational Test and Evaluation Support Services (OT&E), TSA will utilize the GSA Schedule 871-Professional Engineering Services as an unrestricted procurement and not a small business set-aside as incorrectly identified in the previous amendment.
In support of Development Testing Support Services (DTSS), TSA will utilize the GSA Schedule 871 - Professional Engineering Services as a Small Business Set-Aside and not as an unrestricted procurement as incorrectly identified in the previous amendment.
In support of Acceptance Testing Support Services (ATSS), TSA will utilize the GSA Schedule 871 - Professional Engineering Services as an unrestricted procurement. There are no changes to this strategy.
All other information (e.g. milestone dates, estimated value, etc.) previously provided on 02/20/2015 and in the attachment titled "Acquisition Strategy" remain unchanged and are correctly identified for. Attached is an updated copy of the document "Acquisition Strategy" with the corrections noted herein.
