To provide recommendations for re-engineering office procedures, workflow, and work assignment in order to determine appropriate staffing requirements for each major management functions; to address accountability through program evaluation in order to determine the effectiveness of the integrated care approach for improving the health of Fulton communities; and to make recommendations for any necessary improvements require to ensure the execution of the integrated care approach for the Health and Human Services Agency.
