Operational Review and Assessment of the General Services Department
The County is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in conducting an Operational and Organizational Assessment of the General Services Department. This assessment should lead to recommending operational efficiencies, organizational structure changes, and performance measures that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010 in the Purchasing Bid Conference Room at 2:00 PM.
