Operational Loads Monitoring System (OLMS)
The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate a task order with The Boeing Company P.O. Box 3707, Seattle, WA 98124, on a sole source basis for the calibration, documentation, and procurement for ground station hardware and software, for an Operational Loads Monitoring System (OLMS) previously installed on a Royal Australian Air Force P-8A production aircraft.
A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
