Operation of a Duty Free Export Facility
The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC) is performing market research to locate qualified sources interested in operating a duty free export facility located at the Seaway International Bridge in Rooseveltown, New York. The facility is owned by the SLSDC and is currently operated by Duty Free Americas. The entire area/facility is to be exclusively used for the operation of an office, warehouse, and retail store in connection with the sale and delivery by the Vendor of duty-free merchandise consisting of wines, liquors, tobacco products, and perfumes for export. All conduct of business must be in complete accordance with the Customs Laws of the United States of America. Interested parties shall submit past experience information to Patricia White, Contracting Officer, at patricia.white@dot.gov no later than February 7, 2017.
