Operation of Household Material Recovery Facility
The County is issuing a final Request for Proposals (RFP) for Operation of the Household-Material Recovery Facility. The District will contract with a Contractor to operate the H-MRF, and to manage the collection, storage, transportation and disposal of the materials collected at the facility.
