The Department is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (“Bidder”) to provide Management Services under a License Agreement (“Contract”) for Golf Club. The successful Bidder shall operate the golf course and its appurtenant facilities (collectively, the “Facility”). The Initial Term of the License Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years. However, Bidders may also propose extension options up to thirty (30) years.
