Operation and Management of Library Retail Food Services
The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College is soliciting proposals from food and drink service vendors for the establishment of a medium to long term retail beverage and/or light dining solution for students, faculty/staff, and visiting parties at the newly constructed Library facility.
