Operation and Maintenance of the Cascade People Center
DPR is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking interested parties and service providers to submit proposals for a long term agreement for the operation and maintenance of the Center and to offer community activities, programs and outreach to the South Lake Union neighborhood. The provider may also propose other uses to enhance building use and increase neighborhood engagement. This RFP packet will be publicly advertised and available on February 9, 2011.
