Operation and Maintenance of a Seasonal Cafe

The City requests proposals for the operation and maintenance of a seasonal caf (caf) with an option to develop, operate and maintain a small scale, year-round satellite kiosk (kiosk). Proposers may include plans for an outdoor seating area. Take-out service for park patrons must be a part of the food service at the caf. The City will view favorably proposals that to the greatest extent possible use produce from the Greenmarket and farmers/providers associated with the Greenmarket. The City will also view favorably proposals that incorporate plans for community programming and activities during the cafs operating season.
THE TERM
The City is seeking a concessionaire for one (1) fifteen-year term.
