This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 481211, Small Business Size Standard: 1,500 Employees


The Vicksburg District Corps of Engineers requires the acquisition of a Firm-Fixed Price contract to furnish all necessary personnel, materials, supplies, accessories, and equipment, except as otherwise specified herein, to operate, maintain, repair, and inspect one (1) Government‐owned Gulfstream G‐IV/C‐20H aircraft, and one (1) Government‐owned hangar facility, located at the Vicksburg‐Tallulah Regional Airport (TVR), Mound, Louisiana. The G‐IV will be operated and maintained in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) for the particular category and class of aircraft and these specifications. The G‐IV currently operates under Subpart F of Federal Aviation Regulations Part 91.


U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK) proposes to award a single contract for a period of Five (5) years (One (1) Base year with Four (4) option years).


Solicitation will be issued on or around April 12, 2019.
Proposal Due Date on or around May 13, 2019.
