The City is seeking proposals from qualified respondents interested in operating a retail establishment. The primary use of the leased premises shall be for the promotion of arts, crafts, or related skills through retail sales of handmade items, manufacturing, and demonstrations as well as displays of work by artists and/or craftsmen.
