This is a request for Letters of Interest from parties who can enter into a license agreement for the purpose of operatinga a surface parking lot at an underutilized Federal government owned site in accordance with 41 CFR 102-75.245 and 40 USC 581 (d). Letters of Interest are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) CA03141064 dated October 9, 2014. Note: A Request for Quote for this requirement was posted on June 20, 2014. An award was "not" made with regard to that request. This RFQ dated October 9, 2014 replaces the previous one. The June 20, 2014 RFQ is deleted and deactivated in its entirety and is replaced by the RFQ dated October 9, 2014.
