Operate, Promote, Expand the Commuter Vanpool Program
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and select the most qualified contractor to operate, promote and expand a turn-key vanpool program within the commute area. This RFP includes
four (4) separate Scope of Service items that will be considered in the final criteria for determining the successful proposer.
The Public Transportation Department anticipates entering into a contractual agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) annual renewal options.
