Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Jmark Services Inc. (Jmark) of 8415 Explorer Drive Ste. 110, Colorado Springs, CO, 80920-1034. A contract will be awarded using other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(b)(7) to Jmark, a certified economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) for subject matter expertise regarding Open Skies (OS) post-flight assessments (PFA) products and imagery effectiveness.
