The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms interested in providing online statistical reporting in University designated hierarchy to its Survey of Courses and Teaching: Student Evaluation of Teaching and Course Content survey system. Online survey capabilities would be offered to instructors while maintaining the ability to offer paper-based (in-house or vendor printed) surveys merging the two data sets for the pre-determined and dynamic online statistical reporting..
