Online Sexual Harassment Training
Furnish the City with Online Sexual Harassment Training.
As may be required for a period of three (3) years from date of a fully executed Contract, with
an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1)-year periods, in accordance with the attached
specifications.
The City is seeking Contractors to develop curriculum and provide
computer-based online training on sexual harassment to approximately 3,000
supervisors and managers to satisfy the requirements of the state mandate. It is the
intent of the City to award one (1) contract for computer-based training.
City employees are a diverse group that vary in education level, location, and work
schedule. For this reason, computer-based (e-learning) courses that let learners work
at their own pace is required. All training must be completed by December 31, 2009.
