Software to allow clinicians to electronically complete organization specific clinical order sets (or pre-printed orders)
oInclude free text fields
oAllows clinicians to select or de-select any order
Electronic signature
Interface with Meditech ADT system to pull in required addressograph and other demographic information onto electronic form
Prints multiple copies as required (for chart, for pharmacy)
Prints multiple barcodes as required
Allows previously submitted order-sets to be recalled
Maintains versions and edit history of submitted order-sets
Provides utilization information by clinician, by order set, by individual order, by order type
Provides centralized electronic repository, catalogue, and archiving of organizations order sets
Vendor will provide a system architecture diagram
