Online Legislative Tracking Publication
The Office of Legislation (OL) directs and manages the Food and Drug Administration's Congressional Information Online Publication such as legislative needs and congressional relations. OL advises and assists the Commissioner and other key agency officials concerning legislative needs, pending legislation and oversight activities that affect FDA. OL serves as the focal point for overall legislative liaison activities between FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services and other agencies.
The Contractor shall provide online subscription for FDA OL users with 25 licenses for Online Legislative Tracking Publication.
The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order as result of this solicitation. Please see the attached RFQ for complete requirement details and quotation submission instructions.
