Online Legal Research
The State Bar of California ( the State Bar) would like to provide a primary-law online
database including cases, statutes, constitutions, rules, codes, regulations, and administrative
rulings of most interest to California attorneys, together with a search engine to identify and
retrieve the information over the Internet. The attorney end-user will access these services
through the State Bar website: http://calbar.ca.gov. The State Bar seeks a one-year agreement,
with 2 additional one-year options to renew, for a total maximum 36-month term.
