The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC's) primary mission is to charter, regulate, and supervise all national banks and federal savings associations. OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. OCC's goal in supervising banks and federal savings associations is to ensure that they operate in a safe and sound manner and in compliance with laws requiring fair treatment of their customers and fair access to credit and financial products.

The OCC is currently seeking companies that are capable of providing an online Financial Accounting Resource Tool subscription. The online financial accounting resource tool shall be a comprehensive research service for accounting professionals that covers financial accounting and reporting in standards in United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and International auditing standards.


In order to facilitate this endeavor, the OCC is seeking industry sources with demonstrated capabilities to provide an online financial accounting resource tool solution as outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. It is the OCC's intent to use the information gathered in response to this Sources Sought Notice to assist the Government in its market research to determine whether to, in accordance with applicable law, set- aside, restrict competition, or solicit offers from all responsible sources.


If businesses are interested, please submit your capability statement. Capabilities Statements shall be no longer than 5 pages (not including a price estimate). Capability Statement should include:

Corporate Information

1) Name, mailing address, overnight delivery address (if different from mailing address), phone number, fax number, and e-mail of designated point of contact

2) Corporate Web site address

3) Type of Business
a. Large business
b. Small business
c. Small disadvantaged business
d. 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business
e. HUB-Zone small business
f. Woman-owned small business
g. Veteran-owned small business
h. Service-disabled veteran-owned small business


4) DUNS number

5) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code classifications

6) List any existing contract vehicles (i.e. GSA, GWAC and etc.)

7) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for costs associated with these types of services

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. When submitting responses, vendors shall clearly identify any information it considers sensitive or proprietary. All information received in response to this Notice that is marked ‘proprietary' will be handled accordingly. Responses to this Notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated and incurred by submitting a response. Eligibility to participate in a future acquisition is not predicated on a response to this Notice.
