Online Credit Card Payment Management and Software
The County is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualification from firms capable of providing proven and intuitive services and/or software that supports an electronic payment system. The County may select either a software product OR a management firm but final services must include a comprehensive reporting module with the diversity to allow for taxes, water and sewer bills, membership, class and event registration for the businesses and citizens of the County. The purpose of the Expression of Interest is to provide the County a means to solicit proposals and recommendations for proven software that is either owner managed or third-party managed that will provide online payment for all departments and allow for inclusion of kiosks if needed and over the counter payments for departments. In addition, because the various agencies of the County offer a number of services and classes, the County requires system-generated reports to include membership and registration information that is both financial and program related.
