Online Courseware Solution and Services
This RFP is for Internet-based, off-the-shelf, online training courseware to be offered by the Institute for technology training. Specifically, this contract shall include all course software, an administrative application for the assignment and tracking of students and training, full installation and implementation services, and ongoing technical support for the term of the Agreement. The courseware provided by the awarded Vendor will be made available to state agencies, universities, community colleges, and governing authorities. It is highly preferable that one Vendor provide all online training
courseware.
