Online County Assessors Subscription Service
A. Contractor shall issue and make available, as described herein, 25 user licenses for DGS authorized staff.
B. Contractor agrees to provide unlimited user access via its website for each user 24 hours a day - seven days a week to authorized DGS users. This unlimited service shall be for the term of this Agreement.
C. Each user shall have access to the Contractor's internet based real property data base program.
D. The product must enable the user to search for properties utilizing the county assessor plat book indexes, book and page. For example, the user locates an assessor book by the plat book index and then uses the book index map to determine the assessor page number. The assessor maps must also be searchable using the county assessor number
or address. The following are other desired mapping features:
Searches by
Township, Range and Section
Longitude and Latitude
Capability to display county assessor maps on multiple map layers, i.e. streets & roads, aerials, USGS topographical maps, flood, etc.
County assessor maps must be able to be exported to multiple types of formats, i.e. .tiff, .pdf, .shp, etc.
E. Training: Contractor shall provide training to all DGS authorized users by in-person training with 1 month of the start of the contract or Web-X conferencing within 1 months of the start of the contract. Instructional information to use Contractor's service, data base and/or links must be available on the Contractor's home website page.
