Ongoing Service Support (Case Aides)
Ongoing Service Support are services provided by community agency staff to ensure the health and safety of clients and provide access to available community services. Ongoing Support Services cannot be used for the initiation of the investigation, initial face-to-face visit, collateral investigative contacts, assessment, or service plan development.
