One-Year Limited Services / Regional Final Audits

The [Department] is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for [three] Districts under a fixed billable rate contract. The services shall require the audit of contract final records to determine that the records and final pay quantities represent an actual representation of the work done by the contractor on a project. The services under this proposed contract shall be on an as-needed basis, for a 1 year contract period with optional 2 one-year renewable terms. The proposed one-year contract will have a total maximum compensation not to exceed $3,000,000.00 per term.
