The [Department] is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for [the] District providing construction engineering inspection under a fixed billable rate contract. This contract will be for a 1 year contract period with optional 2 one-year renewable terms. The proposed one-year contract will have a total maximum compensation not to exceed $4,000,000.00 per term.
