One-Net Multi-Functional Devices for Guam
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31 effective 19 MAR 2009, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DCN 20090115 edition, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5, and PROCLTR 2009-12.
This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420.
DLA Document Services seeks to enter into a lease contract for up to 60 months of services and equipment associated with 2 B&W Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs). Services include: installation and removal, relocation, full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, and assistance with networking and network security.
Location of MFDs will be Guam. Must be CaC and One-Net enabled.
